The following is an excerpt from a client's year-end letter.
Before
After years of price growth caused by lack of available properties for sale,
we have seen our inventory levels grow and in some areas and price ranges substantially.
Buyers again have more choices and Sellers have had to lower price expectations in order
to sell.
Keep in mind that market conditions vary widely depending on price range and area.
Two examples are the Seattle urban the north end suburban markets. Although Seattle has
slowed down from the heated pace of early 2006, the market remains tilted toward the Seller
and in some neighborhoods multiples offers still take place. The north end suburban market
in higher price ranges has tilted toward the buyer due to an influx of new construction thus
causing sellers in some cases to reduce asking prices and negotiate in order to sell. .

Writing Sample
The following product description was written for an online retailer.
Many words describe the Pro QD with i3 technology, but the most accurate is “streamlined.”

The backpack style offers the ultimate in comfort while the gusseted air bladder allows for
maximum lift. The patented traction pad prevents your tank from slipping while you’re

slippage, the Pro QD with i3 technology offers a depth-compensating cummerbund; no longer
will you need to play the BCD strap readjusting game while at depth!
Over the years, BCDs have been updated to reflect the modern age of diving. The Pro QD
with i3 technology skipped the modern age and went straight into the future.
